Refunds & Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and applicable regulatory requirements, all sales are final.

True Peptides USA does not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow order cancellations once an order has been placed, regardless of delivery status.

Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

True Peptides USA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or other delivery locations.

Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors

In the event of a verified True Peptides USA fulfillment or shipping error, such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage incurred during transit prior to delivery, customers must notify True Peptides USA within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier's delivery date.

This reporting window is firm. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will be denied without exception.

Required Documentation

All claims must include complete and verifiable documentation, including:
• A full unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened
• Photos of the external packaging
• Photos of the package contents
• Photos of the packing slip enclosed with the order
Claims submitted without all required documentation will be denied.

Resolution

Upon confirmation of an eligible shipping or fulfillment error caused by True Peptides USA, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement of the affected items.

Cash refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed and are not provided for delivered, refused, or stolen packages.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks submitted for delivered, refused, or stolen packages will be disputed using carrier confirmation, delivery records, and the customer's agreement to these Terms.

Communications Consent

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you expressly consent to receive communications from True Peptides USA, including but not limited to transactional, operational, support-related, and marketing communications, via email, SMS/text message, and other electronic means, using the contact information you provide.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You acknowledge that consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase and that you may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails or replying STOP to any SMS message.

Transactional and service-related communications (including order confirmations, shipping notifications, account notices, and support responses) may continue as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Peptides USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services or any products procured through the Services.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
