All orders placed prior to 12:00 PM MST typically ship the same business day, but no later than the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next business day.

Shipping Protection Coverage

All orders placed with True Peptides USA include Shipping Protection by default. This coverage is applied automatically at checkout and is non-optional.

Shipping Protection covers qualifying issues related to non-delivery, damage, or fulfillment errors, subject to the terms and conditions outlined here.

All claims and coverage determinations are governed strictly by the Shipping Protection Terms linked above.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Delivered Packages

True Peptides USA is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier and subsequently lost or stolen outside of the conditions and coverage defined within our Shipping Protection Terms.

Customers are responsible for:
• Ensuring a secure delivery location
• Monitoring tracking updates
• Retrieving packages promptly upon delivery

We strongly recommend using carrier hold options, signature-required delivery (when available),
or secure delivery addresses if package theft is a concern.


Non-Delivery, Damage, or Fulfillment Errors

All shipping-related issues other than theft after delivery must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier's delivery or attempted delivery date.

This timeframe is firm. Requests submitted outside of this window will be declined without exception.

For claims involving damage, missing items, or fulfillment errors, the following documentation is required in full:
• A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened
• Clear photos of the external packaging
• Clear photos of the contents of the package
• Clear photos of the packing slip included inside the package
• The tracking number
• A brief written description of the issue

Failure to provide all required documentation will result in the claim being denied.

If a claim is reviewed and verified as a True Peptides USA fulfillment or shipping error, the
affected items will be reshipped at no additional cost. No cash refunds will be issued.
